Thank you for that answer. I have tried to set up a basic package for free web hosting with you. I filled out the form on the main website. When I **** Submit, red text appeared at the top of the page saying "ILLEGAL EXECUTION DETECTED!". Try this for yourselves.

I know this theme suites you, but many of the users of this forum will be dial-up users. This website takes too long to load; it only just passes the "Length of time to load" test for me. Websites which don't load quickly enough, or have too many graphics are immediately closed... I think ...

I don't like VBulleton. My favourite is ProBoards (http://www.proboards.com) and my second favourite is Invision Power Board.
