we use a mixture of free/open source and paid software. mostly we try to get our work done through free/open source software.

yes its a good one but the guide is on almost free ons. And Kaspersky is not a free program.

gawab is a very good website for web mail. i use it for my important files backup place. its new beta interface is very fast and easy to manager like gmail. its not a bad to give it a try coz... its free.

i think Filezilla is the best FTP manager. its open source, its free. for short time i also use FireFTP a Firefox extention. its really handy for small files to upload or download.
