@Ky: No, the image was blurred through a screen+radial blur duplicate
@thetarget: Shadows/Highlight decrease contrast, increase shadows, decrease highlights. Radial blur. And color blend on the original layer set to black.

It would be nice if the ads on top could be repositioned elsewear.
