oh i've been to one but i forgot link to it, it contained phpbb templates, there were a couple to choose from actually but they all looked kinda cheaply made though.

i think dreamweaver is very universal, and editing php with it is quite good, i've done it to edit templates and such, but i guess u have to know how to manuever amongst that though.

yes taht is true, i believe nuked-klan has better templates for cs and gaming teams, and php nuke is more buisness templates, besides that i think there is no other difference.

i must disagree with every1, dell pc's are cheap, but they are cheaply made and can contract viruses really easily, i would go to a local cutom make comp store and purchase it there. I think that would be your best place.
