total newbie to setting up a website , and im after setting up a site for my basketball team is there any advice or help from any one

u can design ur website using HTML and CSS..if u want to design the wesite in the designing mode then dreamweaver is the best software for u which allows u to design the site in designing mode according to me..

You can get free tutorials at http://www.pixel2life.com/ for website design tutorials including the basics but alternatively you can start to set up a website by getting a web server.
