I was wondering, how can you put the google ads so they show up on every page (like on these forums)
And, i was also wondering, is there a guide somewhere for installing phpbb2 skins?

As far as the google ads are concerned, i have done it by installing a mode which is available at
http://www.phpbb.com/mods .
Now for the guide to install the skin, you can check the procedure for the installation at the skin download page at phpbb.com and also a copy of guide is sent with every skin package extractor file.

yea,it has the largest collection of templates and mods for PHPBB.BTW,template installation instructions are normally given with the template package

Doesn't PHPBB have a sort of "edit the HTML" thing, so you can edit the general HTML code used on most of the pages? You could put it someone there.
