How long do people have to wait on a ticket being answered?

10 hours without a response to a ticket and nobodys answering their phone - this is excellent really......

Its now been almost 24 hours, SHAdmin is not responding and neither is Support, Resellers or Sales - and I cant ge through on the phone.

How long to wait on a ticket?
