hi shadmin i have problem in my site
i try to make my vBulletin v3.0.8 but the site give me this message

Warning: mysql_errno(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/hacscorpio/domains/hac-scorpion.thesmokylounge.com/public_html/vb/includes/db_mysql.php on line 140

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

That error says that while installing your vbulleting forums, you made some mistake in entering your database information regarding its name, usernam or password.

This info is located in your 'includes/config.php' file, please check up.

The Db Is Like THis

db name: rabara[change rabara to your username]_[then you db name]
server: localhost
username : rabara[change rabara to your username]_[username]
password: 123456 [or] vbulletin

Very funny, guys, i'm like, it's so weird, that all of you can afford to buy a vbulletin license (80$), but still use free webhosting, anyway, here's what's going on with your forum hac_scorpion

it clearly says

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file

so the values, in your config .php file, are wrong, and what are those value, database name, database user, and database password, and that's why your forum ain't working, and i do advise you, to leave vbulletin alone, and try phpbb, after all they do offer support in arabic, عم تفهمني يا حبيبي
