First time poster here and this is a Cry for help!!Can anyone advise me on how to get my cookies looking (and tasting) better?
I'm trying to bake a few cookies for the kids and neighbours but keep messing up. My cookies always end up un-cooked in the middle and near burnt around the edges. I need help to get that all round golden brown look.
Also, what do you do to keep the cookie in shape when you can't cut out the dough? DO you use some kind of mold?
(apologies for the intense cookie debate but I want to get it right!)
