What is a DataBase.. How To Work With It..
Should We Upload The DataBase.. or what?

database is a system, where u can save your data, like in ms access.
i could paint u here simple database:
try to imagine
Code: Select all
rec_number || Name || Surname || Adress
--------------------------------------------------
1 Ignas Bu Lithuania
2 John Smith USA
3 Osama Bin Laden Iraq
In this hosting all users have mysql database, so u can reach it using php scipts

your first two questions have been answered
and you do not have to upload database
or more clearly you cannot
the server already has one
i personally like mysql
