I''ve been a customer with Smokyhosts for nearly 3 years, starting with free hosting, and for hte last 2 years, paying for their reseller hosting package. No issues, until recently, when I was recieving a server error (500). When I asked for support, it took a bit, but I did get an email, and some support. However, shortly after, every file on my account disappeared. For the last month I have sent a constant flow of emails to support@smokyhosts.com and reseller@smokyhosts.com (because I STILL was never given an account to the ticket system after I requested for access to it.) I haven't heard anything, and so I have come to the fourms, hoping for more help here.
Where did my files go? Why must I beg for support?
