Website slower on other ISP

If there is anything for ultimate privacy such as reporting some bugs in the control panel script or such disscussions can be done here.

Website slower on other ISP

Hi , I just changed my ISP but I was surprised that my website became slower and I can't access the control pannel , is that a problem with my ISP or a problem from the website itself . By the way , SmokingHosts is working good and nice on my new ISP .
