In this tutorial I a going to teach you how to make a portable application.
To do this you will need Universal Extractor and WinRAR

Let's start with the tutorial:

Step 1
Install WinRAR and Universal Extractor (in case you didn't already do this earlier)

Step 2
Download the installer of the program you want to make portable, it has to be 1 single exe-file otherwise this wont work.

Step 3
Right-**** on the installer of your program and **** UniExtract to SubDir.

Step 4
Open the folder that just have appeared.
Search in that folder fo an exe-file that starts the program when you open it without installing.
When you found it, select al the files and subdirectories in the folder where the "portable" exe is.

Step 5
Right-**** on the files you just have selected and choose 'Add to archive...'.

Step 6
Fill in the name of you portable program but don't let (.sfx).exe away.
Set compression to Best, and tick 'Make SFX-archive' and 'Make Compact archive'.

Step 7
Go to the avanced-tab and **** SFX-options.
Fill in the name of the file that you found at Step 4, including .exe.

Step 8
Go to the tab 'Modi' and tick 'Extract in temporary folder' and choose 'Hide all' and 'Overwrite all'.

Step 9
**** 'OK' two times.
WinRAR is now making your portable application...

When it's done you have made your own portable application! :)

Note: This won't work for every program.

Grtz,
Murbza. :D

PS: I hope my english translation of my original writen tutorial wasn't to bad :p
