I think it is the use of your site ,
eg : when someone loads a page or photo in your site , it uses some bandwidth .

the limit of the amount of data that utilises the service.
Take bandwidth as a empty water bottle, and data as the water from the tap. You
eg 100mb per month
u cannot transfer more than 100mb of data per month.
ps. correct me if i'm wrong
