Service Status

How about a service status page? As someone who is now into his fifth hour of Downtime and the only method of getting a response from Smokyhosts is via email (which is OK until you actually remember you use your own server to route email) maybe the following

1) Advance notification (wherever possible) of downtime
2) A status page where you can see whats happening
3) The ability to raise tickets within Modernbill

I am still waiting on a response to both a ticket and a PM to SHAdmin .....

Thank you for the suggestion.

A service status page is already in our list of improvements and should be available soon in the near future.

As far as opening and answering tickets when the server downtime is concerned, you can always do it from our support portal at http://support.smokyhosts.com

Maybe a link to that in the welcome email you send out? I didnt see it in there, otherwise I would have used it.

Sir, i have just checked up and there indeed is a link to our support portal in the welcome email that we send! You will find the link under the heading "Your Members Area Access for Invoice Information and Support Requests" towards the end of the "Welcome email".
