PHP Comment Code?

Can someone help me find a good comment code that is free. I have tried a few, but there always seems to be some kind of bug.

Thanks, I am currently trying to work some bugs out of the last one, I am using that right now.

The top one looks nice.

Nice scripts there, i think im going to use them for my future website..
