sorry about using the forums, but I've tried everything else.
I emailed support about 6 hours ago letting them know that my hosting is down. It still is down, and has been for the past 12 hours. This is about the 5th time in a month it's been down
If an admin could sort this out for me I'd be grateful, as email is the only option I have, as the support account that they created for me doesn't seem to exist (I cannot login, and it never sends me the password reset email). I believe I am on slresellers1.
