Oh..Okay u meant the Title After Custom Title Displayed here..

This site has installed Activity Meter , which shows the activity of the members in forum. So , in that their is an option to display a title based on the member activity.

So , According to some criteria ( may be activity below 60% or something .. correct one admin only knows

) it is shown as Ammateure..

I believe it is spelled "amateur" and it means unskilled.
