Used Photoshop & Imageready and to make it move just add in frames and make the ripples bigger and just move the lines to make the rain effect...

pictures look pretty cool... but it can be used only as a background image o something .. should not be used as a web site background...

They look kind of nice.
Not fond of the second one, however. The lighting is a little bit tacky.
