If you run FireFox Browser, you can add Free Proxy plugin in to your firefox
go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3239

To get a proxy

Plugins add extra functionality to a browser. Like the Proxy plugin for FireFox, undoubtedly adds proxy functionality to FireFox
