What are requirments?:A host that supports php and mysql and its functions and phpbb files.

Here is step by step:

I prefer this method.

Login to Cpanel
Go to Fantastico
Select phpBB 2, and the directory I want to install it in.
Enter database info.
**** install, and its done!

Great thing, Fantastico. Take advantage of it. Works on lots of great software. Thanks to SHAdmin to offering it! Most free hosts don't do this.
