Automatically Kill Programs At Shutdown

Don't you hate it when, while trying to shut down, you get message boxes telling you that a program is still running? Making it so that Windows automatically kills applications running is a snap. Simply navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop directory in the Registry, then alter the key AutoEndTasks to the value 1.

yeah i really hate that kind of problem. sometimes it happen if i forgot to turn off my yahoo messenger. thanks.

Thanks i usually have this problem when i leave on any program that interacts with the internet to run such as games like Americas army or aim

i thought it was my windows problem la..you all have the same problem....i didn't shut down my Messenger too....maybe we need to shut down all our programs before we want to shut down our windows..

Ya i also have a same kind of problem and i hate that. Before some months when i was using internet explorer i met such an accident. Then i format my computer and then it was over.
