Well someone could host a site with decent mobile/cell phone downloads which we can download, and are not resricted to certain countrys..

someone could host a site with decent mobile/cell phone, and downloads will be available on the hosted site for all country's?
What kind off downloads do u have in mind?
And u mean we can download from the site using our mobile?

There is many sites like this. This site would also be extremely hard for just one individual to make since so many different phones and cell service providers will allow different things but not everything to be downloaded. So i would think unless you already have experience with this kinda of a site it wouldn't be good for someone to make.

the zedge site has a huge resources for various mobile phone, I get all the stuff for my mobile from there.
