Which forum do you think is the best?

Well there are many good forums like phpBB, IPB, vbulletin... etc...

So which one you guys think that are the best and why? or anyone know one site that has ranking of them I just wanted to have one in my website but I wanna know which one would be the best...

phpbb : good coz free
vbulletin : good coz lots of addon (include vbSEO)
ipb : familiar one

but the last both is pay, but if u wanna use ipb and want to get it free search on google the 1.3 version is free

There is no such thing as "the best", what are you realy looking for ?
Do you want to be secure, no hackers and script kiddies ? then use something that is used by small amount of web sites, some unknown msg board.
If you are looking for a lot of themes, mods, hacks... and stuff like that, take phpbb or maybe IPB.
Small msg boards can be easy integrated with your page stile, and are easyer for some people to understand.

IPB and vB are great forums but they are paid

but phpbb is also good forum but its free
phpbb 2 lacks the features that are present in IPB or vB

But phpbb 3 has all the features.
