you should revise the counter because it is shown lower then the letters. try do change the font to make the site look more serious

It's ok. For a business website, it's a little rough. If you really want to draw people in, you're going to have to do a little better. The design isn't bad but you need to create the other subpages and tweek the visuals (such as the counter mentioned) a bit more.

someone already mentioned it, but if i were u i would work more on the fonts. find ones that look more professional (if thats what this site is intended to be). make the font smaller, and use some cool typical fonts (verdana,tahoma,...)

My suggestions: Fix html code that IE and FF render the same and correctly
As such type of website, it should have better design
