thank you for all your help. I am currrently on vacation in Portugal. I cannot test out the files you uploaded. Do the files use database`?

you will need to cache that information some way some how,
however if the ip changes you will run into issue as well as some people may pick up other peoples ip's or may spoof them and there may be some security concerns associated with this method
