Uh... no, it's not an "Anime Maker" you can make any games, just alot of them are anime games(one base game, 100 rips), but there are alot of original games too.

Allow me to explain, Byond is a sort of framework which you can use to create your own games with Dream Maker, Play other people's games and host games to play wiith Dream Seeker and finaly host games for other people without playing with Dream Daemon

I think BYOND is hardto run on small website , it would take much traffic and as members said SH does not prvide open ports
