restoreing php-nuke database

ok well i had to back up my db b/c i had to reinstall it but i dont know how to restore it please i realy need help with this

In phpMyAdmin I beleave you upload a backup using the import tool...I may be wrong but thats what I think...

first, create the database, then go to phpmyadmin, and pick the database, then **** on the SQL button and there you can either copy past the sql query, or upload the sql file
