I just started creating my website called Stonymedia. I have just finished creating the layout for it last night. What are your thoughts on the layout, do you like it or hate it and why? Any suggestions on the site will be helpfull to me so it can be the best when it opens. I am also looking for staff for my site, please check the site homepage for details.

I love the splash image. We should work somethign out. maybe u can create a nifty splash for me ;-)
