Ok what you do is....Find a website witch has phpbb and you buy of them like Forum Circul Or how evey you spell circul lol!

The site also contains links to themes and stuff, and you can also google for them.

you must be thinking of the code php, phpbb is a software to run a form not a code

Alright your looking for a Portal, I would suggest PHP Nuke and since Nuke is outdated try the new version of Nuke.
