gallery question

It's not strictly a graphic design question but I thought this the best place to ask... When using photoshop cs2 to create a web photo gallery, is it possible to set it up so it has links to my homepage in it or do i have to manually edit this later?? i just find it annoying that if you upload as is, you have to manually change the pages if you want it to link back home

you can search google and find some sites where you can post image there like in a gallery that they host for free

i know that there are some sites that do that
