You can't create your own domain, but you can buy one from another site(or Smokyhosts) and then put it on your domain.

yes but you can have unlimited subdomians.

Smokey hosts does domains? I didn't know that. How much are they. For one of my sites I use http://www.1and1.com. They've got domains (.com,.net,.org) for only $5.99 a year! They work pretty good.
