I just installed PHPBB and I cannot figure out how to change the logo at the top. Where can I find this in the PHPBB Administration Panel?

it is on ftp ??? you can change with same file name as old..

To change the phpbb logo you need to delete the logo_phpBB.gif from templates/subsilver/images and upload yours in its place.

Just rename your logo to logo_phpbb (size 200 x 91)and save it as a gif image,otherwise you will have to change this line in your overall_header file-

Or your image wont show up.
