Well, it is difficult just because it is the basic to any programming language. However, now-a-days the tradition of begining learning any programming language only after learning C no more exists. So if you know any other programming language thoroughly, then C is no at all tough to learn.

Dam right! I am learning C++ in school, but thanks to my knowledge of PHP, SQL, Java, Javascript, etc before I started learning programming in school...it makes C++ SO much easier.

Everybody in my class is confused about the whole concept of variables....sigh.
