What is best USB 2 card?

Hey, My moms computer has USB 1 drives, all that are on the blink. I cant just remove these because they are attached to her motherboard. so I was going to get her a USB 2.0 PCI card for her computer. What is the best one out there for 25 and under? Thanks!

usb 2 are way faster thats it
