It's really a big question~ I'm a telecommunication student, and I think I'll have some ideas about this question 5 years later~

Currently I'm doing my graduation project on LTE network. I'll do some researches on the buffer debloating solutions for LTE networks. I hope that I can come up with some useful conlusions.
