I admit I AM boring when using human context to communicate :D I like to dream, I dream alot, I get engrossed in any bigger than average sized plain surface area, to daydream. Dreams have given me most of my ideas. Oh yeah, I'm lovin' it.

Depends on what kind of pilot's license you are wanting to acquire and where you take your courses. There is two levels of Helicopter Pilot's License one where you basically can only fly for personal pleasure and the other one where you can fly to earn a profit. The first license doesn't take much time or flight hours to acquire so it is usually on the cheaper side. The second license requires you to take a couple different courses to get use to some possible jobs which you would encounter in the world.

There was a place in Hawaii which I wanted to take my courses I believe it was $25,000 USD for the first license and on the upwards of $60,000 for the corporate license. Since I am going to be joining the Army I plan on taking the course around my hometown where I could probably see a price of $30,000 to $40,000 for the license. Of course if I get student loans to cover the cost of the courses and helicopter rental for flight hours then the military will pay some of it off, saving me money.

It is costly but not as expensive as spending 4 years in an out of state school, so I plan on doing it and going Flight in the Military as well to build up my flight hours to get a great job in the civilian world.
