Well guys,
I`m looking for contenet management system where users can post their article and rate them ,with higher security needs and flexiblity which cms do u see ,anyone tried mambo or others?

I recommend mambo

it's very easy with a lot of features and scripts

oh come one mohammed, we all know that you only love mambo cause it's the onlky cms that actually has a support staff for arabic users. lol

anyway i for one would recommend phpnuke, cause it's simply the best, and i only wish, that i would've stumbeld upon your thread a couple days before, cause i could've given you the link to the greatest version of phpnuke, php-nuke platinum, bnut the website is know closed, you can check it out, every know and then, on techgfx.com
