A little description please , I downloaded it and run it but the firewal told me it is trying to change my browser search settings !!

Open with notepad and see there are many comments u can remove anything you probably feel is unsafe. It optimises your internet explorer settings,see for yourself and it is not a virus[checked by kaspersky]

I am thinking it is because your anti-virus also packed with registry read-only feature?
You can open the registry file with notepad and delete what you don't want to be removed. Then disable the anti-virus.

I've scanned it with Kaspersky and its clean. I use SP3, and I think reformatting ever so often does the best optimization.
