Clearing out

Hi,
Not sure if this it the right place for it but I want to completely change my website but I need to know what files and folders shouldn't I delete in my public_html folder

You may delete all files and folders in public_html except the .htaccess file (if existing) and the cgi-bin folder (if existing)
