Charging for a script which doesn't include any support of any kind sounds kind of stupid. No updates nor anything else seems a bit off the wall for me.
As for Nuke Evolution make sure you have the latest version and follow the instructions once you download it. You have to upload the files on to your server then CHMOD some of the files. Then go and create a database in MySQL and upload the sql file that came with nuke evolution. After that you would go into the config area and input your database name, username, and password. I do not think that Nuke Evolution comes with an install script from cPanel. I could be wrong but I have yet to see it. Once you have nuke evo, each update comes with a full install or partial install which you have to code the files individually if you have added upgrades and modifications.
