If you have done static page, you can upload file or post it's source
If you have done dynamic web page- upload it to server and point its address on the same page: http://validator.w3.org/

If after validation you do not get any errors, then you will be sure that all browsers will render your page correctly, as you have developed it!

Well, the name makes me feel like i'm going to be going to an employment search site. When I get there, it's sloppily done with a number of typographical errors. Basically it looks like a beginners attempt to either scheme people or make easy money. Sorry to disappoint.
