Template VS. CSS

wtf?!
CSS is basically a language like HTML
it stands for Cascading Style Sheets and it displays different output styles on your HTML ****. You have to learn or copy CSS codes and paste or type them into your HTML **** for them to change the styles of your ****.
In a Tamplate your given everything and jsut have to put in the writting and links. You need to know very basic HTML to fill in a tamplate. However if you want to make your own styles you need to learn Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This has nothing to do with (pictures or w.e stated above).
