Traffic Exchange Programs

I used to be in a Traffic Exchange Program before and I devote lots of time manual surfing. I get about 200-300 unique visits a day and if I'm not too lazy, I even get 400 to roughly 500 uniques a day. But then after a week I got tired and stopped it. I also e-mailed Adsense about it and they said I should be careful with it cause they tend to generate artificial **** and page impressions. Have you guys tried one?

ive never used a traffic exchange i figure i only want to atract people that actualy want to be there not there because they are told to i might be missing the point though.
