Why would u use that redirect when you can get a real domain from here for free just by posting?

You have to point your DNS/Name Servers to uni.cc

why dont use another redirect domain such as dot.tk or freedomain.co.nr

i'd recond you to use .co.nr domain redirect service
but when you can get a new domain just by posting in this forum why dont you go for it.

I've used uni.cc before. In CPanel go to addon domains and just point it to your uni.cc

.uni.cc - its not bad, however there are better ones, and plus why dont you get a better one from here.
