I use a combination of adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Fireworks

Camedia master, and somtimes windows paint =p
but for those , blur, x-ray, monochrome, etc.. filters. i know how to do it manually through DHTML (its very simple)

currently none :P but i hear ALOT about photoshop...currently looking for good version myself..if u end up getting can ya hook me up?

I use photoshop, but if you want a similar product to photoshop that is free, try searching for GIMP, I've heard it is a pretty good program for freeware.
