None - sometimes the Anti-virus can be worse than the virus itself. If any anti-virus I use an online scan or one of the free ones but I generally prefer to avoid it. I would never install any background protection of any kind as this makes your computer slow down too much.

I m using ZoneAlarm with Antivirus 5.0.
as per the posts most people here are using kaspersky
i haven't tried it yet but will soon be getting it

i use kaspersky and spyware doctor
theyre a good combination + sygate firewall. my computer didnt have any problems with viruses ^^
