Can Macromedia Suite be used to create Websites? and how? can you give me some good tutorial sites or just give me some tips, or you can suggest better software used for creating websites?

Heh it depends on what you want to build and btw Macromedia got bought out by Adobe so if the other is referring to adobe then Macromedia :P
