Did anyone else see this? I thought it was a really good movie. It's based on an actual guys attempt to make an **** team off the street.

maybe you can explain more about this movie? Invincible, sound's weird for a true movie...

It is based on the life of a real person named Vince Papale. He was a bartender in Philadelphia in the mid 70s. **** Vermeil took over as coach of the Eagles after they had a horrible season, and to stir up fan interest and excitement he held an open tryout. Vince played in a tackle football game with his buddies every week and was head and shoulders better than everyone else. So, his friends convinced him to tryout for the team. He also was going through a lot in his life. He didn't have a full-time job and his wife left him. A lot of his friends worked at a factory that was going on strike too. So, invincible is a play on his name and also his ability to overcome hardships.
