back-up MYSQL database

It is possible to back-up the MYSQL database and if so, how?

It can be done by going to the backups section of your cpanel.

NOOOOO eaither of theese is hard and wrong( sry guys) here falow these:

1) go to Cpanel
2) go to my mysql databases
3) find a link called PHPmyadmin
4) when page load do not clcik anything
5) find the selection menu and select the mysql you want to back up
6) let it load and at the very top of the next page to the right find the button export and go fromt here Good luck
